At Erin Mills Lodge Long Term Care, we endeavour to provide a safe and caring environment for our residents. Inherent in the care for our residents is respect for their worth, individuality, rights and culture. All residents are encouraged to fulfill their individual potential in physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and cultural aspects.
Our Long Term Care facility has a link with Erin Mills Lodge Retirement Residence located within the same building. This provides a unique opportunity for married couples or other family members to live within the same building while having differing care needs met.
Our staff provide care in a manner that promotes quality of life. Residents and families participate in care planning and decision making through care conferences, Residents' Council and Family Council.
